Sad to hear the news of Craig Breen’s passing - he clearly loved what he did, as this interview from February’s Rally Sweden shows.
Irish World Rally Championship driver Craig Breen died in a crash during testing ahead of this weekend's Rally Croatia.
Hyundai Motorsport, 33, confirmed around 6pm that the Waterford man was involved in the incident. 11 BST Thursday.
Breen has joined Hyundai on a part-time basis for the new WRC season after spending a year with the M-Sport Ford World Rally Team.
The Waterford man finished second behind Ott Tanak at Rally Sweden in February on his first start of the WRC season, which was his sixth runner-up finish at a WRC rally.
Breen swapped Hyundai's third car with Spaniard Dani Sordo this year and was set to make his second WRC appearance of the season in Croatia.

Breen, whose father Ray was an Irish Champion, started his racing career in karting before switching to full-time rallying in 2009.
He joined the WRC Academy in 2011 and, having progressed through the Junior and WRC2 ranks, made his WRC debut, driving selected rounds for the Abu Dhabi Total World Rally Team.
